Hello Everyone,

I have finally been able to catch up with all reuqests i had outstanding in my inbox. This is great for me personally as i have the ability to move the Chapters Organisation forward again.

We will start with this months Chapter Instructions.

1. Accurate listing of subchapters.
I would like to request all National Coordinators to start accurately listing subchapters. This is very important to have gathered for when we Launch the chapters portal www.zmchapters.com.

2. Inform Members about the linguistics team
To move forward we need to be able to communicate our ideas in a lot of languages. We have a very hardworking Linguistic team to make this a reality. If your Chapter is translating, please get in contact with the linguistics team and do not do this seperately. We want to avoid double work and get a good oversight of our linguistic resources.

3. Check up on Chapter sites for content violations
Continental and National Coordinators are requested to do a check up of their National or subchapter websites for content violations. Such as links to other projects that have not been deemed as partner by the movement internationally. False or innapropriate projections about our direction.

4. World Tour situation change
If your Chapter is still going to have the World Tour in your country. PLEASE contact Roxanne immediately at meadows@thevenusproject.com. Heather Odom is no longer coordinating the world tour and should not be contacted for further organisational purposes.

5. Zm chapters underway
The Chapters Portal is currently being constructed. News will follow.

6. International Chapters Twitter created for publicity campaign
I have created a Twitter account called ZM_Chapters. This account will be used frequently to spread news to the world as fast as possible about ZM Chapter developments and happenings. Ambition is to make this one of the most popular tweets we can possibly can. We will discuss a promotion strategy upcoming International meeting. I have a feeling this will help a lot of people understand how well we are growing.

7. Chapters Guide under revision
A practical guide to starting, running and improving a Chapter is currently being revised and improved. Suggestions are welcome. Email me with the Subject: Suggestion for Chapters Guide.

8. Latest Chapter Additions
The latest chapter additions are:

Venezuela: www.zeitgeistvenezuela.com

Uruguay: www.zeitgeist.org.uy

9. Zday 2011 Main event and Date
Zday 2011 will be on March 12th. We are looking to book a venue in London, UK to host the main event.

10. Requests not answered
